I say, "DSD- toilet teeth, DSS- pyjamas", then H says "DSS- toilet teeth bed, DSD- pyjamas, bed".
I snuggle DSD while H snuggles DSS, then we swap.
DSD always goes to the toilet first, as DSS is less likely to wake with a need to use the toilet (and therefore be up all night) if he goes last.
