I have a capsule wardrobe. Currently at 37 items including shoes, handbags and scarves but much better than I had.

Work out your color palette and go from there... Must have winter items would be....

    Trench coat
    Jeans ( black and denim)
    Black pants
    Leggings
    Pencil skirt
    Maxi skirt
    Black camisole
    White camisole
    Black tee
    White tee
Long sleeved tops (x2) - in color palette
    Cardigan
    Black boots
    Ballet flats
Colorful scarves - to jazz up black / white tops

Do you find it better to include jewellery, bags and Coats in the count? Or do you have them separately?
I have heaps of jewellery I don't wear and I'm not a bag or scarves person.
So you just include the stuff you want to cull?

Not included is underwear, sleepwear, lounge wear ( so things like trackies, hoodies) and workout wear. I didn't include jewellery ( don't have a lot anyway) and I have 2 cocktail dresses for special occasions. Everything else is included

I love love having a capsule wardrobe. So simple getting ready now and I always feel great in what I wear.

Just pull out everything from our wardrobe and put straight back in anything you love and feel great in and wear all the time, then be very selective about the rest. Remember all pieces must work together to create multiple outfits from minimal clothing

Ok great. I'll start taking photos of everything I can't decide on. It will take ages but I'll post as many as I can a day. This is going to be fun! And devastating!
