BB77.... the stats with the immune protocol that Dr M uses is 80% success rate over two cycles, so don't be disheartened after the first try. For me it actually took 5 times to get the BFP with Dr M. I kept pushing Dr M to use the stronger drugs, and eventually he replaces Pred with Dex, and included Neupogen injections into the mix.

Thanks for the reply. It's a bit of a guessing game unfortunately. Doing it without the immune meds
definitely not an option for me, I've had 2 stillbirths and 3 miscarriages (all naturally conceived) in the last few years and it's pretty much agreed across the board that I shouldn't try without drugging myself up.

Oh...not trying to convince you to go drug free. I did IVF. That's a lot of drugs for the procedure. You do what your comfort zone is. All the best.

I think you need a second opinion and change FS. I was so negative about it all and didn't believe it would work out as I am always a poor responder for ivf drugs. If it wasn't having a proactive and positive FS, I would have given up long time ago.

I had my Frozen embryo transfer today of a hatching 6 day blastocyst. I had my intralipid infusion with Dr M on the 13th June, and have been on Prednisolone 15mg since CD1 and now onto 20mg. Have been on clexane for about a week already and starting progesterone tonight also. Hoping these things make a difference after our precious 5 IVF transfers without a positive result at all.

I want to thank all of the lovely women on this thread because it's allowed me to find at least a small glimmer of hope in this world of unknown. good luck to everyone cycling or looking to cycle in the next few weeks. I'll hopefully have a success story to add to the list.
