Bertie: I don't think there is a precise science for intralipid. My saline flush usually lasts 5 mins max here at the beginning. It should be alright, I guess.

We all seem to have it done differently and it seems to work whichever way. Mine is always mixed in with the saline and then given to me over 2hrs.
Had my appt with Dr M this week and I don't need anymore Intralipids. Down to 10mg Pred but am still on 2 ckexanes a day.

MisSagi.... yes, I'm 30 weeks - I weaned off Pred a couple of weeks ago, but am still doing 1xClexane 60 daily. I'm hoping that this may be the last Intrallipids. I'm thinking if they last 6 weeks then that's pretty close to the end.....

I'm down to 10mg and its not masking the pregnancy symptons anymore! This week I've struggled with tiredness and worst of all the emotional Rollercoaster I've been on, 1 minute wanting to cry, the next wanting to punch someone out. My girlfriends are saying "welcome to pregnancy". Just weird as I've been so calm and level headed being on the pred until now. Only took 22wks!

    Hi,
I've been reading these threads forever but I'm a newbie in terms of posting. I've been seeing dr matthias too, unfortunately with my first fet a few weeks ago I got a bfn, even with all the immune meds (progesterone, prednisone, clexane, lit AND ivig). Surprised and disappointed that it didn't work. Has anyone had success after failing first time round? Did you have to change protocol with dr m? My fs at genea wants to do an endometrial biopsy this time to help with implantation.

I am not a standard case so i can't tell you if any of the med actually helps me to get the BFP. My protocol from DrM is pretty standard and fairly similar to the bondi protocol other than adding the intralipid to the mix. The first time it didn't work for me but i certainly have a good embryo the second time around.
You will hear some women here have done N number of DrM protocol to get the BFP so there is no guarantee. I did endo scratch the first time i was on the immune drugs and BFN. The second time I didn't even bother and BFP. So...mine is not a standard case. The only test for me to check if any of these drugs actually help me at all is to do a cycle without them with a good embryo.

    Good luck.
