It is Concord Road Pharmacy at North Strathfield, it take about 7 days for them to order you, so don't leave to the last minutes if you want order from them. You can get 30 for $90.

    Re Progesterone Pesseries

I spoke to Dr M's office and .....

He usually prescribes the branded Pesseries because he believes they are cheaper in some pharmacies than the compounded version paticularly if you go to a 'straight' chemist who just orders them in rather than a compounding chemist who makes them.

He has no preference for the branded over the compounded - the instruction was 'get the cheapest' but obviously they need to be made by a profesional pharmacist !

I haven't been on for a long time but I thought I would post to provide an update.

So my story is - I naturally conceived (accidentally) and delivered a baby girl I'm 2012, we then started trying when she was 10 months old and fell pregnant the first month but sadly miscarried at 7 weeks, we then tried for 6 more months unsuccessfully.. We then tried Clomid and feel pregnant the first month but sadly there was no hb at 7 weeks and I needed a d&c, we did Clomid for 2 more months unsuccessfully. We then went to Ivf and worked out when the first cycle was cancelled I am a poor responder, 2nd cycle we transferred 2 and again I fell pregnant but miscarried at 6 weeks... I was then sent for 1000 tests and it was revealed I had high nk cells.. I then started the Bondi protocol and did another cycle.. I also did an endo scratch.. Well that cycle was successful on the Bondi protocol and I now have a beautiful 11 week old baby girl. I know how hard it is for some of you ladies but I just wanted to come on and say don't give up I pray each and every one of you that your dreams come true!!! Xxx

Thank you for the information and inspiration you are given us. I never fell pregnant for the last nearly 4 yrs. now of trying. I am a bit afraid that I am running out of time as I am 35 now.

Anyway guys I just seen Dr. M. gave my results from my FS pathology report all new as well. Even him he said all the results seems normal so he is sending me for another test (Lymphocyte surface markers, cd s6, s7, 8, 4, 19, 4+, 25+) i'm not sure if I got those letters or numbers correct as I can't really understand his handwriting, (ANA), (Anticardiolipon) I think same as antiphospholid, (antithyroid), (MTHFR short for methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase) gene mutation

Will update on my next appointment which is August. geezz this Dr. is really famous. I am about to get laps, uterine biopsy next month as well. Too much to go and I hope I will be successful after all this test.

    Goodluck guys

    Welcome Hancamp

I know what you mean about Dr M's writing ! If you can be patient, don't worry about trying to pre-empt the tests he has asked for, just get him to give you a copy of the results when they come back and you can research then.

Good Luck with the biopsy etc.

@kiki1: it depends. My FS certainly asked question on my behalf. I love my FS and have trust in her. Besides, she has been able to give me blast at each stim. I wont' switch.

Good lucj Hancamp! Sounds like you are in good hands with Dr M, I have heard great things about him

Sooo..got my immune results yesterday from FS. My NKs are actually fine, but I have one mutated MTHFR gene and elevated ANA's (1/160) which he thinks is a consequence of my autoimmune disease, and he thinks it caused my all the chems.... All other tests including anti thyroid etc were clear.

I cannot take prednisone, or any steroid due to severe side effects. But I am having intralipid treatment, asprin and progesterone. Do you think I should push for clexane too? I see quite a few people eith ANA recieve clexane, but my clotting is normal...

I just want to give myself the best chance..

Patience, if you have 2 copies of the mthfr gene I would push for clexane. I think only having 1 copy is quite different.
