So today I was washing my hands after changing my 2.5yo's nappy. He had followed me into the bathroom as usual. AF is here and I'd managed to locate my last remaining tampon in the house and had put it on a shelf next to the toilet ready to use once I'd finished washing DS' nappy cream off my hands. As I'm washing my hands I see DS out of the corner of my eye drop something in the toilet then stand there looking at me with a guilty expression on his face.
My last tampon. After I'd just cleaned up his third poo of the day (at 8.30am). Why why why????
It was still in the plastic. I considered using it anyway. It was 50/50 for a minute but I decided I must maintain some standards.
Anyone have a sorry toddler story?

Well 10 years ago when my now almost 11 year old was about 16 months my ex and I had just painted the house, like only 3 days before.
Dd was in her bedroom and she was very quiet. I thought "hmmm something isn't right"
Sure enough she had taken off her nappy and "painted" (smeared) her poo all over the freshly painted walls.
It wasn't fun cleaning up at all.

Have we got all day? Similar story to DrDrake - although I'd finished painting the bedroom wall white and DS4 decided to do some strawberry Jam artwork. He also drew large mural on our white fridge with black permanent marker. I can laugh about it now
When the twins were little, they used to paint poo on their cots, so irritating, my DS2 also went around and snapped all the wood venetian blinds in our rental (so we had to buy all new ones when we left). Gah! Kids hey, the very best part about owning our own house is that when the kids wreck something, it's way less stressful than when we were renting!
Thankfully they are all getting a bit older, so the damage is getting less and further apart!

DS just made himself a castle out of blocks. Pretty impressive architecture if I do say so myself.
He set it near the beach.
He used his chocolate milk in lieu of water. Bonus waterfall off the edge of the table. Kid sure does know how to make a splash. (Pun totally intended.)

My ds2 has decided his brothers bedroom wall is his canvas and drawing lots of art all over the new posters Ds1 got for his birthday.

My DD has done none of this 😳 I'm waiting for the day she does something bad as she's almost 2.5. She is very strong willed and behaved most of the time.
We haven't even baby proofed

I can't think of anything major right now, but man she likes to push the boundaries (and, of course, get extremely upset when previously mentioned consequences are put in place).
Will have a think.

Took all my makeup out of the bathroom cabinet and put it under the grill. Lucky I noticed before I went to make a toasted sandwich and not too much of it got fried!
She was very quiet in her play tent a few days ago. That is because she was painting the inside with sunscreen.
Has drawn on the furniture and walls with crayon.
Often found standing in the dogs water bowl.
Ate one of my lipsticks. At grandmas on the couch.
I'm really not making her sound very well behaved, she is pretty good most of the time!
