Default The Cradle List - And go...

Hi all! DP and I are in the TTC "waiting room" and I'm just wondering what others have got or had on their cradle list. Similar to a bucket list except really focusing on things to do before having a baby... Hopefully it helps make time go faster but also helps to make sure we are making the most of this time.

Really once we have a bub things will change forever so from your experiences or in your opinion what should we have on our cradle list?

We have a couple of things on there so far but we will keep adding to it. So far we have:

    - Go on a romantic holiday (perhaps an international cruise)

    - Go on a spontaneous road trip

    - Go camping for a weekend with friends

    - Move to a new and bigger home

    - Enjoy sushi dates

    - Lie under the stars in our special spot

    - Go to the drive in for a date night

Hopefully these will be some more beautiful memories that we can make 😊

    Nice idea.

It's a bit late for me but I'd have

    - spend an entire weekend in bed.
    - enjoy a lazy Sunday afternoon doing nothing.
    - go to the movies.
    - go out to nice restaurants.

Too late for me too but I'd say movies, going out at night, theme parks!

Wish i had of thought of this before I had kids!!!

Now I know what it's like with kids, I would have put:

-go to the movies (a lot) especially gold class
-overseas holidays/holidays in general as it's so not relaxing doing it with kids
-camping trips (again so not relaxing with little kids!)
    -sleep in
-enjoy going out for a meal without distractions/interruptions

I'd say anything that involves spontaneity, and leaving the house whenever you feel like it... feel like your favourite restaurant at dinner time? Go!
Midnight walk on the beach? Beautiful!
Random road trip for a day/weekend...etc.
