I would say they were just moth larvae. She'll be fine.

Yep, I'd go with larvae too given the circumstances.
Unpleasant, but not dangerous.
There are certain foods I always check closely these days because I've been stung too :P

I probably would, not on purpose but "oh that will be great with the cheese I just bought" or they could have been expired on the shelf! Easy to do!
