I like todays cleaning idea
...but can i do it tomorrow? I'm tired, had a long day at uni, my head hurts... jk (a little). 20 items sounds like a lot but will do a quick walk around the house to see what I can find...

Annoyed though - my DH wouldn't let me toss out his teenage mutant ninja turtle cards!

My challenge will have to wait til tomorrow. I need to go through ds' room and pack away clothes that don't fit. Tonight after he goes to sleep I am thinking of going through my walk in. Even if I don't get rid of anything it desperately needs resorting

Ok I didn't count but tidied up:
10 bits of rubbish (most recycling)
Unpacked 6 candles and accessories are now in a cupboard for when we want to get them out.
Unpacked some toiletry samples so we will actually use them.
Got dh to get rid of some stuff - saw him walk out with a bag full of stuff so success!
I don't really have the mental capacity at the moment to actually find stuff we no longer want or need (plus if I did find some it would just get left in a corner). But I did unearth some stuff in a box to sort later when I have the resilience to give it up!

Me! Been doing stacks of decluttering lately anyway but need to do more. Want to live a really minimalist lifestyle! My latest decluttering success is a capsule wardrobe. I cannot even explain the difference this has made in my life!

I started small today. One bag to go to the Salvos and a large bag of woolie scarves going to a lady collecting for the homeless. I sorted out my party plan stuff all ready for a party next weekend.
Tomorrow i am going to tackle ds's toys and declutter his million toyboxes full of trains

A capsule wardrobe is a collection of a few essential items of clothing that will not go out of fashion, such as skirts, trousers, and coats, which can be teamed with seasonal pieces and all mix and match with each other to make many different outfits
Basically ur wardrobe consists of only pieces you absolutely love and lots of basics.
I now have only 33 items in my wardrobe including bags and shoes but excluding sleep / lounge / workout wear and underwear. Look up project 333. I'll post some great you tube vids too if u like 😊

Ah ok. Thanks. I don't think it would work for me as my wardrobe is very casual and pretty much all basics except for a few more formal pieces for going out.
