Can anyone recommend where I can self pace study? Do any long distance university's do this?

Most distance degrees will have a maximum time frame in which you can do the degree, some are as long as 10 years so you can pace yourself and defer if needed. Part time is usually 2 subjects per semester and you can take subjects in the summer if you like. But there are people who do 1 subject per semester it just depends on the degree and how long the uni allows you to complete.

Forgot to mention that unis recommend/expect you to dedicate 10 hours a week per subject so that's an indicator on how much time you have to spend per subject.
