I've had a savings account with ING for 12 or so years and everyday accounts for about 7 years. They're great, I've had no issues. Always great phone service, no account fees and rebates on ATM fees.
When I was traveling overseas, I lost my card and they were great with putting the account on hold, transferring some of my cash to a my friends account ( I was traveling with them) and getting me another card.

I love ING - so glad I switched from my previous bank who were charging me upwards of $25 every month in fees.
I opened my account last year and they have me a $250 voucher for The Iconic, which was pretty handy for a mum like me that rarely spoils herself
