At 12 months all of mine were on one day nap that lasted 2-3 hours. My eldest dropped her afternoon nap but still had the morning one. I had to stretch her out everyday by 15mins to get her to nap later than 9:30.
I suggest not getting her up out of bed before 6. I would also try and stretch out the time she goes down by half an hour every day until the nap was at 11 at earliest.
