I can't change it now...Then you will agree with me twice in the one thread! Next thing you know Abbott will be offering to do your ironing!

Quick update with me doing the happy dance as my 1 year old is asleep in her cot during the day!!! I can't believe this is working!! Thanks for the drop to 1 nap suggestions. I'm not 100% sure she wouldn't be better with 2 but it wasn't working me having to nurse or drive her to sleep.
Day 1 took 90mins fall asleep in her cot with angry crying, then playing, then singing, then sleep for 1hr40! That's super for us. I hate seeing her cry but I lay down in bed beside her cot and just talked gently to her or rubbed her hand but decided this time not to pick her up. It worked!!!
Day 2 only took 15 mins drop off minimal fuss but only slept 1hr
Day 3 we had to go out she had 2 x 1hr naps in car
Day 4 today she was angry again but I stuck with it and took about 30mins. Some crying but it's angry how dare you rather than really upset and I'm here with her. I think it's worked cus I'm committed and not feeling guilty as I really think we both need her to have a decent nap in her cot most days. Fingers crossed this is a decent nap and this new routine can continue
    😃
