I have woken up in a better head space, only I can help myself here with the weight.
I have started tracking my foods so I can keep myself accountable for what I am actually eating instead of this just eat whatever you want attitude... Actually no you can't as you will stack it on even more lol
Even got up and went to the gym before work! Go me.
Only have one body and we need to look after it, plus it can only help being healthy and this ttc journey!

Ds due date on sunday. I was so hoping to be pregnant again but nope have af instead. I too am trying to lose weight. Started celebrity slim yesterday. I tried counting calories and found i was putting weight on so strange

9dpo... I'm definitely going to cave before the 1st. Hubs has hidden all my tests so I'll definitely at least have to wait until the weekend. Doing ok considering I've gotten a BFP on 9dpo twice before. Having a few symptoms. Sore Bbs every now and then, smells are heightened I think and that's about it so far. My mind is pretty convinced, haha! Time will tell. I'm in a pretty good place so far and if it's a bfn I'll be ok with it 😊
