Default What are your favourite quick/easy meals for one?

As the title suggests - what do you like to make yourself for a quick/easy dinner, when it's just for you?

Eggs on toast or maybe a jaffal but if I was on my own I'd most likely take the opportunity to have some sneaky and very self indulgent takeaway

A naughty platter of mini dim sims, cocktail spring rolls and spinach and ricotta pastries. Dipping sauces of sweet chilli sauce and sweet soy. Soo naughty but solo good

A chicken breast with a tin or part there of, of diced tomato and sprinkle of herbs and spices. Chuck in the oven. So yummy and it usually does 2 meals and takes all of 2 mins to put on.
