We pay our Au Pair $250 per week, plus food, board, Wi-Fi, car and petrol for between 35-45 hours per week. 45 is the maximum hours per week allowed through the agency we went through. Anything over that and we pay her $15 per hour. We have DS2 in child care two days per week for him to spend time with other kids and keep us under the 45 hours.
