    It was meant to be chicken meatballs with penne pasta but the mince hasn't defrosted in time. No idea what plan b is.

    Turn your microwave down to the lowest power and zap for 10-20mins or until soft.

    I took chicken breast out but havent decided yet what to do with it...

    I had buttercream icing and chocolate drops. DH had a work "lunch" that included beer and Bratwursts (and is still going). I guess I should think of something for the kids.

    Kids ended up having plain pasta with a couple of kraft cheese singles melted through it.

    Parenting win right there.
