    It's a white sauce made using cashew milk, eggs and savoury yeast flakes (plus garlic etc). The eggs make it look like melted cheese when it's cooked. Was surprisingly really good!

    We had lemon, honey & garlic chicken. It was pretty nice, though my daughter was not impressed that I had used lemon. "MUMMY you know lemon makes my face do this!" *tightly scrunched face* 😂😂😂

    Chicken, rice and veggies. This is DS favourite so I let him cut up the veggies (I did chicken) and he cooked it all. Quite proud of his efforts he was
