Went out for dinner and had good old parma, mash and steamed veg including brussel sprouts which you don't really get much on menus and I love.

We've had honey joys, pikelets, pizza (from a box out of the freezer) and now we're on to popcorn with lots of butter! Today was the last day of school and my big kids have a friend sleeping over.

    A bitsa dinner here.

    Lamb samosas
    Green curry rice balls
    Chicken strips
    Spinach and ricotta triangles
    And wedges.

I hurt my thumb and decided cooking was just too hard.

Dairy free lasagne. You wouldn't believe this has no cheese in it.
