    I used the valcom mild yellow curry paste, heated, then added chicken thigh and coconut milk with chunks of roast potato at the end with rice - my kids love it and so do we!

    Tonight I'm making homemade pies with a beef and red wine casserole type filling, serving with a potato/sweet potato mash. Can't wait!
