    TACOS!

Mince, refried beans and taco sauce taken out of the deep freezer this morning. Just cut up the salad tonight. Nice easy meal after I am at work today, DD at day care and DH coming home after night shift, 2 hours off and then travelling home.

Crumbed chicken fingers (I didn't even know they had fingers), with mashed pumpkin and mixed veggies.

It's a freezer raid for us tonight. I'm thinking I'll defrost bolognese to serve with jacket potatoes.
