    Default Clomid side effects

So the trigger shot is the ovidril HCG shot you take it (a needle in the belly, very easy) and it makes you ovulate 24-36 hours after shot so no guess work/temping needed.

I was on clomid to make ds2 which took till month 4 and I fell with him.
This month around is also month 4 Ttc this baby.

Yes I see a FS, I like be monitored and like having a scan to see what follies I have, this cycle i have 2 good follies one on the left and one on the right. So 7-8 months total making babies on clomid. Ds1 was all natural didn't need any help with him.

@shelby27 wow it's good to hear that you have had success. I'm so new at all this clomid stuff on my 2nd round ttc #1. I have pcos so my cycles are just a joke on their own.

I'm not seeing a FS yet, just with a gyno to see how this goes. Hoping it happens for is really soon. Did you find that clomid lengthened your cycles? I've heard that can happen.

No clomid shorten my cycles because I have the ovidril shot so makes me O when I take it, I have a 27 day cycle on it and 36 days without it. I have never done clomid without using the ovidril shot so don't know what my cycle would be just on clomid without the shot.

How interesting! So you take clomid and do the shot? What days do you take clomid?

Do you have to give yourself the shot?

    Days 2-6.

Yeah I just do it myself it's really easy. The first few times the nurse did it for me but I prefer doing it myself.

I do the shot either day 12 or 13 depending on the size of my follies.

@shelby27 sorry for all the questions lol - so besides being able to pin point ovulation, is there any other purpose of the shot? @waitingforBFP I wonder why we have never been offers this?

Yes, I was thinking that. It sounds like it would make life much easier and would save me money on opks! And how great would it be to actually have an idea when ovulation was going to occur! Omg! Sounds so good.
