You may be losing weight but also increasing your muscle mass. Don't lose hope- you're an absolute inspiration! Honestly I need to lose at the minimum 10kg to get rid of the dangerous fat around my mid-section and I find it very, very hard. I am an A grade emotional eater, and it is so so hard to break that bond with food.
As they say, food addiction is the hardest to beat because you can't go cold turkey on eating.

But you- YOU are an absolute bloody legend. Hold your head high and keep going. You are doing wonderfully!

    Keep going.....your doing awesome.
Maybe you can change your eating habits?
I'm only speaking from experience because I've just lost 21-22kg, I go up and down.

I'm a big emotional eater. I was doing well but as I get bored with it and lazy logging my food into fitness pal I just feel so meh

    Congratulations on your loss!

    Default Weightloss goal whinge....

I started out in Jan with a mission to lose 30 by next May. I have lost 8.3 kg so far. I plateaued after 7kg and I have got my mojo back after a month or so of staying the same weight.

    What I found helped was:
    - actually not counting my calories. I have a reasonable idea of what is 'good' and what's not and just go from there. I have found that really helpful over the past couple of weeks as I haven't really been obsessing over food.
    - exercising most days, even if it's just 20 minutes of squats, jumps etc. I combine that with running 3x a week and a body pump class
    - I have tried to reduce snacking. I also have no food in the house.
    - water! Lots of water
    - I started a cleaning roster. Sounds silly, but emotionally if I am on top of stuff like cleaning etc, I feel a lot better mentally and emotionally and am more likely to exercise and eat better.

I am an emotional eater too. I find it really hard to get past.

Don't do any logging into devices, or watching what you what etc.

I basically cut down my carbs. No junk food, no deep fried food.

I lost all this weight within around 8 months or so.
