I am feeling so old. I'm 37 and I am losing the fight against my grey hair, I have just been diagnosed with my first skin cancer (it is a very superficial, localised one that is treated with a cream. I say it is my first because I have classic irish complexion and live in Brisbane and have had countless sunburns), I have been to the physio today for a dicky shoulder and I have plantar fasciitis.
Please tell me I am not the only one feeling old.

I too am 37. I've already had hip surgery, I have a wonky knee, a constantly tight right calf muscle, lots of greys and i'm really noticing that the elasticity in my skin is changing.

I'm 35 and I have plantar fasciitis as well, it sucks!
I feel so 'unstretchy' and my feet get cold all the time.

It is alk so annoying because I have been working out and I am stronger than ever. .... But why can't I be youthful too.

36 and feel like I'm 50. I look at pics of myself and either of my sons and I think how perfect and young they look and it seems like I'm an old old lady next to them.
I don't have any particular physical issues but felt totally ancient during pregnancy.

I'm turning 40 in a few months and, due to long hours, sick kids and stress, have been feeling every minute of my age lately. I know once I start getting more sleep and reports are written that I'll be back to my more eternal-youth mindset.
I'm also recovering from plantar fasciitis - I hate it! Nearly two years and it's still holding me back from being as active as I'd like to be. Grey hairs though, they hit young in our family, so I don't really see them as 'getting old' since I've had them since my early 20s.
I do need to get my skin checked though as I'm also pale and I can't ignore the fact that, regardless of how I feel, I'm definitely aging!
