I'd love the chance to read this. DP and I are on a mission to lose weight before we TTC as we will be doing IVF and want to make sure we are healthier. I also have PCOS so it makes it hard to lose weight

    Pick me pick me (please)!

DH & I have been TTC for 3.5 years. I have endometriosis and was recently diagnosed with polycystic ovaries. DH did have good sperm but his tests show the quality is deteriorating, something I'm worried is linked to his diet.
We have recently started IVF, and since we are spending so much on that I would love to make sure our diets are as good as can be to increase our chances of success!

I would love to win this book. I have PCOS, but no other obvious fertility issues. DH and I have been TTC for going on 2 years. We've been on clomid, 3 cycles of IUI and still nothing. We are this close " " to going down the IVF route. Would love more tips and suggestions on how to boost our fertility naturally before having to make such a big step.
