We're having an assessment tomorrow by an OT and Speech Path to assess our son for equipment and resources for his HCWA funding through our support agency.
Each time we want to use his funding we'll be paying $190 per hour out of his funding to have the assessment done, so I'd like to plan ahead and get as much as we can in one hit.
I'd love to know what apps and computer software you recommend for kids, as my son loves loves loves the iPad and computer and learns so quickly from them.
He has a speech delay, fine motor delay, and extreme anxiety when in public places. He is currently 5 but has a lower IQ than "normal" for his age as well.
Kind regards for your help!
P.S We're in a rural area so will be paying an hour each way for travel as well, and there is only one agency in our area, hence the hefty charges for assessment!

My son's speech therapist recommended the Autism iHelp app. It's fantastic. Think you can get free ones of it but for the full app it was about $65 but it is worth every cent.
