Default New budget - I can't find anything about studying?!?

I haven't had time to read all the other thread or the jobs for families press release but when I search the page the word study does not feature. Do you think this means they are scrapping rebates altogether for parents who are studying??
Why is this not being commented on at all??

...a really good way to get more info though is to ring the office of your local MP and ask for an explanation.

It lets them know you care about the issue.
