Default My first week as a SAHM sure has been enlightening!

First of all, there are way less hours in the day than I realised! Secondly, DS seems to be learning new things every day. I don't know if he could do these things before and I just didn't notice because I was busy working during the day and too burnt out in the evenings to pay proper attention? Either way, he's adorable and I'm loving spending time with him.

It ebbs and wanes. Sometimes the days fly by, others you are clock-watching exactly the same way as a long, dreary day at work, lol. And it doesn't even depend on what you're doing that day. Some of my zippiest days have been just our normal "home all day doing FA" days.

Glad you're feeling good about it!

Awwwwww thanks, @Sariele! We have had a ridiculously busy week of going out all but one day. It's such a delicate balance to organize these things around getting home for nap time, too!

Organising everything around nap times is hard but so worth it if like mine your baby only naps at home.

Yup, he just won't nap while we're out and about! Drives me nuts!
