Anyone wants to join me in Sydney Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5.30pm in the CBD? It's really great and not only helps you relax but also increases the blood flow in your uterus for a healthier uterus lining. The instructor is amazing and tailors the program to your cycle and it's different to normal yoga. Different poses are practiced helping the reproductive system in particular.
