Loaded noodles. Just 2-minute noodles but I put veggies (usually broccoli and carrot but have also used brussel sprouts, snow peas and cabbage), garlic, ginger and kecap manis in the stock. Sometimes I add marinated tofu to it but most of the time I poach an egg in the stock after everything else is cooked.

I've got next to no skill in making quick meals. The quickest i can make is a Lebanese dish that is basically heated up chickpeas with pita bread mixed together. You heat them up with some water so the bread gets soft. Then you put garlic yohhurt on top with burnt butter and pine nuts on top.

But I've recently discovered a Turkish dish called manti. Basically small meat dumplings boiled in water and you put a tomato paste and garlic yogurt sauce on top

That takes me 15 mins max to make but the dumplings i buy ready made

Pizzas using leb bread and any toppings we have
Pizza sauce, anchovies, pineapple, pepperoni, veggies and cheese
We actually always have leb bread in the freezer and pepperoni and always have the other stuff in the cupboard and fridge.
So I can always make this as a quick meal and it's a crowd pleaser.
Also another quickie is chicken wraps or burritos.

Crustless quiche if I have eggs. So quick and easy to mix up and you can throw in whatever you like.

Pasta and sauce with cheese. I usually have some home made pasta sauce in the freezer so all I have to do is defrost and heat it while I cook up some pasta.

    Eggs on toast or omelettes.

    Toasted sandwhiches
