Depends if I'm home all day. If I'm home all day then ghoulash (no idea how to spell this. Grr). It takes ages to cook but has next to no prep required and is super easy to make.
If not, then chicken and cheese rolls/jarred meal of some description, for DD an egg pancake thingy with a side of veg..

Pasta bake - I usually have spag bol sauce in the freezer so I chuck that in the microwave while some pasta cooks, then mix and put in the oven with some cheese on top

Toasted sandwiches, again, whatever I have the ingredients for, ham and avocado was last weeks..
Fried rice. (I normally have extra brown rice from dinner one night, the following night I use egg, bacon and frozen peas and corn to turn my left overs into fried rice) so easy and quick..
