Well I just had my own weird glitch in the matrix moment that ended up in us being in a car accident...
My poor little new i20 :-(
Anyway, everyone's ok. DS woke for a second then went back to sleep. Treated the other driver for shock.
Happy Mother's Day!

The Mandela Effect: Are you from an alternate reality?
@CakeyMumma it was totally bizarre. We went and visited FOB's mum in the Adelaide Hills, then we were driving home down the freeway.
Three different times on the freeway a random car would overtake us and then sit right in front of us going more slowly than we were. We were joking about how our car was invisible today.
Then at the bottom of the freeway there was a car that randomly slowed down and stopped dead at a green light. FOB changed into the lane next to him to go around then we realised there were no cars *at all* in the intersection. So we slowed down then stopped in case there was an emergency vehicle or something coming. Nothing. It was eerie. Nothing moving. Silence.
Then a few seconds later, the screeching of brakes and we had been rear-ended.
The weird thing is FOB (who is an amazing driver) had checked his mirrors before changing lanes, and I for some reason had looked behind me too, and the car that crashed into us hadn't been there. I mean, it wasn't that it was far away, it wasn't in his blind spot. Nowhere. The lane had been empty. So weird.
The moral of this story is nothing good can ever come from me seeing my MIL.
ETA and I forgot, the other bizarre part was that my insurance company had no record of me whatsoever. It took them ten minutes to track me down!
