    I would understand. Especially this year as I've done it myself. I felt absolutely horrible that I hadn't remembered but better to say it late and apologise than never say happy birthday at all.

    I am not the sensitive type..I'd not take it against her but will definitely ask her for a dinner treat to make it up to me.

    If I did that for every friend that forgets my birthday, I be out to a lot of dinners!

    That is kinda holding it against them...

    I probably wouldn't even notice. I'm great with birthdays but plenty of people are shocking...
