I'm clearly not a foodie. I can't have been the only one gagging at sea urchin tongues can I?!?

I don't like any kind of tongue either eg when they have a big beef tongue on the table. Yuck! But I can dissociate when it's a shellfish, an invertebrate species. It's not really a proper tongue I don't think. Worse for me is the fact that the lobster's brain is in the stock and hence in the custard. Shivers.

Bl00dy Georgia. SO sick of her. I'm annoyed she got through.
One thing she always does which really sh!ts me (she did it last night I think) is when she does something bad, she bungs on about how it's sooo out of the ordinary for her, and that she has *never* put up anything substandard like that, and that's the quality is sooo different to her usual standards. Gah! Up herself much?

So glad I'm over my morning sickness or I would not have been able to watch that episode. Lobster guts and sea urchins innards would've had me puking

I always wonder who the first person was to look at something like a sea urchin and go 'I'm going to try eat that.'
Ick. It reminds me of a previous season (maybe last year?) where someone made mustard from lobster brain and they went gaga for it.

Tonight's dish looked disgusting. But I guess, what's different about eating a tail or wing or leg or tongue... ?Funny how we view whats eatable by our customs.

More strange... Is that as a vegan, I enjoy this show at all really :/ * worlds worst vegan *

Isn't lobster brain just called 'mustard' ? and it was pretty much served just like that, as a condiment (cue vom)

It's funny how we all see things differently! the first thing I said to DH was we have to go back to Guilliame so I can try that as it looks amazing! I don't eat birds or mammals but give me any part of seafood and I'll eat it!
