Oh man, that must have been so tough. Well done for keeping that up.

They told me 8 times a day too but I didn't think I'd have issues - I'm really really annoyed at myself now.

My third was prem and in the nicu and scn for two months being tube fed and like a PP, I had to pump three hours day and night to keep my supply and even then there were times it dropped and so truck loads of oats and water were really helpful.
Once I got him home, it was a combination of perma feeding, lots of skin to skin and continuing to express that eventually got my supply to meet his needs and we went on to feed for over two years.
Wishing you all the best xx

Don't stress yourself about it, if you had good supply last time I'm sure it will take no time to get things going again.

The only things I would add to your list are wheatgerm (to eat) and breast compression when feeding. This ensures your breasts are being fully drained at each feed, that bub gets the rich hind milk, and stimulates supply. You can also do the compressions while pumping. Google Dr Jack Newman for supply boosting tips, diagrams on how to compress correctly etc - I wish I'd found his website with my 1st!
