I wish I didn't have to go into work on Mother's Day. I'd like to maybe go out for lunch or dinner. Mostly just hope the kids behave themselves.

I can't believe how many of us had a crappy first mothers day! Big hugs to all of you. I hope that this year is better

I want DF to get up, get the boys dressed and feed them without me reminding him or him sitting on the computer.
Also for DS1 to make me a card.

We're having DH 's 40th birthday party the night before, so I have looowww expectations! lol I've been thinking maybe we should "postpone" Mother's Day to the following weekend.

This is my very first Mother's Day; and I have no expectations whatsoever.

I'd like to maybe have a brunch in a cafe, go for a run and a movie by myself.
I think I will get some combo of that.

I just want to spend the day with dh, the kids and my mum. I dont really make a big deal about mother's day anymore because i know it upsets dh. As long as I can spend it with the family I am happy.
Reality is dh and the kids will let me sleep in, make me breakfast and no doubt dh has gotten a sneaky gift. Dh pretty much then spends the day getting up me for not relaxing lol

I'm not sure. I know I won't 've getting anything (again) as we flat broke (still), but breakfast in bed might be nice.

Relaxing, stress free and the day off having to do household stuff. Iwould like to spend the day with ds and my mum. Highly unlikely i will get it. I will end up still having to do everything in our household
