Was just about to type "I think it will be a girl, have been saying so from the start", and DH said, "hey, Kate had a girl, here's $20."
    We had a bet.

Have another for the name- I think Katherine (middle) or Victoria or Margaret, perhaps with Diana or Elizabeth as a middle name.
DH thinks Diana, with Elizabeth as middle name.

I'm so jealous that she walked out of the hospital merely hours later looking amazing. And I don't just mean her hair or makeup, I mean she was walking like she just woke up from a refreshing nap, not just pushed an 8lb baby out of her lady garden.

She does look wonderful! Very happy for them- nice family. I think Victoria Diana or Charlotte Diana??

It took me 1.5 years to recover from the birth of my DD lol.

Didn't you catch that twingey look on her face as she went to go down the stairs and William gave her his arm?Aww.

I feel a bit like she's setting unrealistic expectations and putting pressure on other new mums to look that fantastic. It is sad that she wasn't able to just spend that time bonding with her baby and rather has to have her hair and makeup done (or do it herself).

I think the first few days after having my second I thought I was ready to go and take on the world, then I got home to real life! Hahahah

I'm going to assume (and could very well be wrong), that she's had a good rest and had her hair and make up done and once she's home she might jump into bed and not move for days!!!

    Default Kate is in labour!

I think it's great she's gone home already. No need to stay in if mum
And bub are well and good on her for having her hair and make up done ..

How cute was George waving to the crowd

Just to be clear, I'm not knocking her having her hair and makeup done...... I'm not knocking her at all x
