I know. And then to only get 2-3 out of 19 mature ones. What about all the people that get 5-6 eggs, they still end up with 2-3. Do you see David at CFC?

The numbers game is really confusing @A&S and I can understand why you are disappointed (but def agree with @almai….takes just!). I shall keep my fingers crossed that more make it! Our first stim cycle I ovulated early (which apparently never happens according to my FS, who is still in shock about it). He managed to grab two from the 'pouch of douglas' that were hanging on for dear life, he thought the haul would have been double figures otherwise. Both of those fertilised and went on to become blastos', but neither took. Round two my blood levels were close to overstimulation, but I only got 7 eggs (large versus quantity apparently). We had two transferred at day 4, and a 3rd is a frozen blasto. And looks like I am currently pregnant, looking forward to BETA confirmation tomorrow. Then keeping everything crossed that it hangs in there.

Hoping your blood test is done and dusted KT82 and that you get your results stat!! Good luck!

A&S - hope your embies are doing what they should I'd be really happy with the projected outcome if I was in your shoes..I keep reading that the first round is always more so a 'trial run'. Expensive trial run!

Thanks @Boxergirl. I'm feeling more optimistic today, it was just the initial blow of losing half my eggs and then being told I could lose another 70%

We are all booked in for Monday for a 5d transfer. Our lovely FS is coming in despite the public holiday

Good luck for Monday @A&S, sounds like you have a good FS.

It was a bit of adventure convincing local pathology to do my BETA today (my FS is interstate) and resulted in me leaving work and driving an hour to the hospital to collect results, 281 at 11dp4dt. My FS is not at work today, but from crazy googling this looks ok.

Ah I know nothing about BTs yet but fingers crossed that's a good sign for you. I guess you'll have to wait until Tuesday to find out what it all means.

    Yay day 3 update:
All are still alive. 3 are exceptional, 1 is high grade, 3 are 2nd class? Don't know what that means and 3 are slightly behind schedule.
The embryologist is hopeful we will have a great one for transfer and maybe 2-3 to freeze
