Im wondering if this maybe an issue for ds. He is a beautiful child but sometimes his behavior worries me. He gets so angry and grumpy he won't play nicely with us he shouts and just seems so frustrated. After reading this I realise he does have a lot of gluten. Does anyone jave any experience with this? Is cutting out gluten as hard as it sounds? He eats a good diet, sleeps well and has a beautiful temperament, he's very bright and shows no signs at all of adhd, autism etc

We are gluten free with my almost 1 year old due to intolerance and it really isn't that hard, especially with a lot of people jumping on the GF diet. I would just go for foods as natural as possible and avoid GF bread and other similar products as they usually have a lot of additives added to replace the gluten
