I found this table such a great guide to baby and child sleep requirements and what's realistic. If ever there's something to make us feel better or okay about where our kids are at, this is it....
I know there will still be kids outside of these but I'm posting this as I feel it's much more realistic than what many other books and resources tell us.

I've seen this recently elsewhere and definitely made me feel a lot better about our current sleeping situation.
