Canuck, have you been tested for immune issues? Just a thought. At least you have plenty of frosties.
Anbabelle and Canuck, My mum is the same, after my first IVF cycle I got "oh well, you tried and it wasn't meant to be". Got the same text on my last OE cycle too (10 cycles later). I know she didnt want me to go to SA and vented to my SIL how was I going to cope if I had twins...Well I am and we'll all cope with it and now she wants to be apart of everything including decision making like she's my partner. This is our life and choice, not our families and we will do what we have to for ourselves. Ignore them all, as long as you're happy.

Canuck - Oh dear I am so sorry you are going through this. Don''t give up - you have 10 frosties. So many people don't get any or far less than that. This is a sign your angel baby will be amongst those. And yes I hope Tittles baby inspires you. Take some time out & just know it will be worth it xx

Canuck, please don't give up. Miscarriages are terrible, heartbreaking things and I know that you must be feeling absolutely rotten right now. I have had two myself and also felt like giving up but once my body healed and I gave myself time to mourn I was back to feeling positive again. I am sure that one of those frosties is your rainbow baby just waiting to happen. Just try and remember that miscarriages, though incredibly awful, are common even in the youngest of mothers (and therefore the youngest of eggs) and it does not mean that you won't go on to have a healthy and hearty baby on your next try. The positive out if this experience is that you know you can get pregnant, which is half the battle, in fact most of the women in my miscarriage support group have gone on to have another baby. Take care of yourself, grieve and try and not lose hope, even though it is hard not to right now.

Annabelle, once your family sees your two little ones they will completely forget they had any misgivings. Parents will always worry for their kids and they are probably just worried for you, but who can resist two gorgeous little bubbas!

@Canuck1 I'm so sorry to hear that you poor thing. It's heart wrenching, especially when you can't find out why most of the time. Thank god you are lucky enough to have 10 frosties. That lot contains at least one BFP for sure, if and when you are ready for them.

Well on the upside, I have learned that I have incredible support, both here and in my life. My sister (in our 30 second conversation) offered to tell my mom. My fertility specialist called at 9:00PM and spoke to me for 45 minutes about dealing with the hospital (no D&C for at least a few days), all the while my best friend was here.

So thank you all for your support. Miss Sagi, I haven't asked about immune issues. I have never had any, except slight asthma when I am on fertility drugs. I will ask about that tomorrow.

Canuck I'm never sick, infact my immune system works too well. What I mean is there are immune issues that can stop implantation and maintaining a pregnacy, like natural high killer cells, MTHFR mutation gene etc. There are many.

I'm glad you've got support around you.

So sorry Canuck1. So many of us have been through this, so sadly we know exactly how hard it is. I'm sure your bub is out there and will make its way to you. X

    Tittle gorgeous!

Canuck knows how upset we are (hubbie and I) about her news. As SA at the same time buddies with pss I feel so bad we can't all be in it together at the same (will be just different times!). Canuck and I email all the time - which is lovely.

So am feeling a little guilty to say AFM as suspected with bhcg is two - all good at 7 week scan for dates and hr's .... All very scary as lots of twins in family and friends - and our eyes are wide open....I know still early days....

Who are the twins from January again - Annabelle, miss Sagi, Blinky ......have I missed someone - ladies I could really do with some mental/moral support.....

Crabby, congratulations on joining the twin club.

We're all hear for you. I spend my time working out pratical ways to deal with 2 at a time in routines like feeding, prams etc which I know is ridiculous because nothing ever goes to plan with babies (well, from what I hear anyway) and stressing financially when you have to double up on everything. But our bonus is our babies will be company for each other when they're a little older.
