@Mink I had a slightly similar situation in March, there were only 2 follies & it was our choice to cancel or go ahead & see if there were any eggs, hb said we should go for it, he said you've been through all this what have we got to lose, they got 1 egg which went to 5day blastocyst & was transferred, unfortunately it didn't stick but it could of hope this helps

I just had egg collection based on two follicles... Two eggs both fertilised... It only takes one and I'm currently in my TWW praying and hoping for the best. It's a risk but you know in your heart what is best. Go for what you honestly feel. Best of luck xx

Oh no @Mink that is a bit devastating. What did you end up doing? Wishing you all the very best with whatever decision you made. You do really have to follow your heart and go with that decision otherwise you might regret it later.
@Lisa Maria How are you feeling? Hope all is well and those eggs have fertilised and dividing nicely. Any updates?
To all the other girls that just had their transfers- well done. praying all for those precious two lines and lots of sticky babies. Lots of

Thank you thank you thank you to everyone that replied!!!! Oh gosh I've been crying my eyes out all afternoon, i could barely breathe! But you ladies have made me feel so much better!!! My heart says to go for it and take the big leap. I will end up having to have more surgery anyway whether this cycle works or not, so yeah I really have nothing to lose from this. Praying like crazy for a miracle. Thank you again. I really wish so badly for all of you to have your BFP's and for them to turn into gorgeous little munchkins!!! Xoxo

That is a hard predicament @Mink unfortunately for me I think the financial side would have to come into it (from hubby anyway) so if it was going to cost too much to take a big risk we may not, however I would be devastated. I agree if you have nothing to lose than you most certainly should go with it and how you feel! Good luck xx
thanks @Keiko2012 I am feeling much better today and found out this morning 3 of the 4 fertilised, I am very happy with that and hoping that they all or even 2 hold out to day 5 puhlllleeeeease!!

@Lisa Maria surprisingly we didn't even really consider the money when making the decision. It's not that we have an abundance, but we don't have any major debts. I guess at this stage we're just prioritising starting our family. I'm not sure how many cycles we could financially handle, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. I'm so happy for you with 3 embryos out of 4 eggs every time one of you ladies succeed it makes my heart jump! Good luck xo
@Ky kel good luck to you too on your tww!!! Super excited for you!!! Xo

@Mink as someone with endo/cysts I'm so happy u've decided to go ahead with the ivf. My fs actually pushed me into ivf over surgery due to the risk of damage/failure to my ovaries. I'm hoping like crazy u get a BFP first go so u can avoid a major surgery. Big hug and keep us posted x
@Sarah yay! How exciting! All the best for wed x
@keiko how are ur lining/follies going? I hope it's all looking better and u are still on this month x

Hi @NizzleRizzle Hoping we were second time lucky! Fs did a hysteroscopy this time and told dh he found the issue pretty quickly and fixed it. I couldn't believe when i POAS at the hospital the other day it was still a bfp. Hopefully now things will settle. Bad cramping today but i guess things have to get back to a normal size too. I'm getting so impatient and having a hard time of it

Hi ladies. So much happening just reading back.
@A&S first cycles are very stressful. I have always had lower numbers early then suddenly they jump (polycystic ovaries but jot syndrome). 9 is a good number. You are on a low dose of gonalf too so your fs might be going conservatively and taking a bit longer. @sarah1982 we are transfer buddies I am getting super nervous re the thaw!
@NizzleRizzle bring on O! Waiting drives me bonkers! @Ky kel hooray on being pupo. Hope you are surviving the tww. @stolz hoping that on board embie is the only one you need. X @Mink oh hun. I havent had a similar situation but it sounds like a leap of faith is needed. I will keep everything crossed that you get a good embie and dont need any surgery! @Lisa Maria hooray for good fert rates. Grow grow!
How are our ladies waiting for BTs going?
AFM - started crinone twice daily yesterday so one more step toward fet on wednesday. Trying to stay busy!

NizzleRizzle. Not looking any better. Day 20 and nothing happening. Not o'ing and lining isn't growing. I have one more scan the and if nothing has happened by then we are canning this cycle. I'm frustrated at my body, and the rest of the world that just seems to fall pregnant naturally with ease. I'm frustrated at how long it is taking- especially since we've been on the Ivf journey a year. I know it's nothing for some but it just stings a little that 12 months later we are still not any closer. Just makes me wonder how much longer it will take. Combine that with the financial pressures and I'm just a mess. I know it's not a race and when it happens it is meant to but it still hurts to continuously be getting your hopes up and then for them to be shattered once again. I'm sure it will happen but I guess it's just learning to go with the flow and not putting any pressures on cycles and getting hopes up. It's such a roller coaster for all. Since I haven't ovulated yet I'm hoping the fs can give me something to make that happen on tue so at least this cycle can end soon, but doubt I'll be cycling until July again.
@BecT glad it went well. Hoping the pain settles soon and you can also get started soon again. We will get there x
