    I was just coming in to say aim for Melbourne as construction is getting slow in Sydney.

    I have 2 brothers in Ballarat. It is nice but yes it's bloody cold.
    Congrats to your dh for getting a job. You will like it there. Not much to do but lots of parks to choose from.
