Default Does anyone have a recipe for?....

Apple and cinnamon muffins, with puréed Apple? I turned all of mine into baby food without saving some for muffins. I'm looking for a recipe with normal flour (not buckwheat etc)

    Thanks in advance

Here it is - all I do is swap the apple for puréed apple - I use a tub which is 140g as I'm hiding it from DD! ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1429266874.125915.jpg

Rolled oats can be used to make porridge but takes much longer. Porridge oats (the quick oats) is finely cut and cooks much quicker.

Generally rolled oats is used in baking.

Thank you, so I need to get rolled oats. I have porridge ones, that won't do the job. 😔

You can use porridge oats in baking - that isn't an issue at all.
