    DS has also always eaten what we do , snacks are always fruit, veggie sticks and dip, cheese, yogurt or Avocado rice cakes , breakfast is always avocado toast or eggs or porridge and fruit, lunch is usually a wrap ( tuna and Turkey are his fav proteins) and his fav dinners are fish tacos, butter chicken , crab burgers , falafel kebabs or just fish/meat and veggies

    Subbing! Meals stress me out so much... mainly lunch and dinners.
    I just want to make sure I'm giving my DD good nutritious foods.

    I think I need to look into quiches.

    BF-My son will usually have a pancake with banana, vanilla sugar, ciniminmom is it and coconut milk.

    MT-fruit

    Lunch- depends, maybe some type of meat with tomato and cucumber

    AS-yogurt

    Dinner-family meal
