I spent today printing and pinning recipes to try Hard when your husband LOVES CARBS!! but I did get him to try cauli rice the other week because I refused to cook rice.

Back on the wagon kind of.
breakfast i wasn't organised so grabed a just right and yoghurt from supermarket.
Lunch: More Organised - Went to supermarket and grabbed a cooked chook, some Jamie Oliver Coleslaw, Camembert and Garlic and Dill Greek Yoghurt, this should get me through the week
Dinner: I'm making Chelsea Winter's Roasted Chicken Breast with Garlic and Herb sauce
I have 3.5 weeks till we go away and I want to have lost a little before we go
