I fell off the wagon for a few days. My main downfall is not having the right ingredients to stay low carb and the breakfast cooking. I usually make myself an omelette or bacon and eggs for breaky but with a baby and being up all night feeding but not eating, I end up going with a quick option like toast.I've tried cooking a big batch for a couple of breakfasts but everyone eats it :/

same thing happens to me. lack of prep. can u have a low protein shake for breakky?

Hi all, I scraped in with a 200 g loss this week, after being really good during the week, and having a spectacularly lovely weekend of treats. Back on the wagon today, will pack salad for lunch, and I have dinner ready to go. I am still aiming for goal by June holiday to Qld. Have a good week every one.

I'm so disappointed in myself. I had no loss this week (but no gain so I guess it's a win). I'm really struggling this time around. last time I found the first 2 days tough before I hit ketosis. I have to be more disciplined

Hoping you are still doing this, I have been doing LCHF on and off since dec/Jan, fell off wagon majorly when DS had surgery in Feb and we were away in Perth for 2 weeks, have found my motivation lacking as well, so have gone back on AD's to see if i can find it again.
Started LCHF again on Tuesday, have been following it but not strictly for a few weeks, but weighed myself monday and i was the heaviest i have been in ages
We are going to start TTC #2 at the end of this month so i have 4 weeks to get semi into shape and try and loose some excess kg's, i would like to get down to 80 before then end of this month, i am currently 88.7, so will see how i go, just have to convince DH to eat this way too

Hi, I'd love to join this thread if you don't mind.
I've been doing LCHF for about 2/3 weeks now. I've lost very little weight but I feel better in terms of not needing to snack all the time and not craving sugar and carbs.
I'm not tracking my carb intake which is probably why I haven't lost much weight yet, I could probably be stricter; can anyone suggest a good app for tracking carbs?

I'm surprised, i've hardly eaten anything! currently having a mid arvo snack of camembert and cabinossi sasuage, i had bacon and eggs for breakfast, well i tried but 3yo kept stealing it off my plate instead of eating his...

I do too! But I've got 6 weeks of uni prac coming up and the only meals I can think to make and freeze to lighten my load are things like risotto and pastas and stuff 😩
