Default Newbie maybe? Help please :) lol

Hello everyone, I'm Sammy and very new at this! (No kids)
im a newlywed as of March 7th and I think I am pregnant with a honeymoon baby (thanks Mexico haha)
I would possibly be 3 weeks today, I have taken 2 tests but both negative so far.. But I am more tired than I have ever been, I feel nauseous but haven't been sick, with a lot of saliva. Sore breasts, I feel faint and sort of "off with the fairies" most of the time and my diet has changed (what I usually eat I'm not craving and the food I don't usually eat, I'm eating daily) I've also been having some abdominal cramps & backaches. I can't tell when my last period was as i started on the pill before my wedding but was lazy taking it on my honeymoon...
Am I pregnant? How many tests should I take before visiting a doctor? Thanks In advance!

About the 6th or 7th of February? I was supposed to get again for my wedding on the 7th March but I skipped it on the pill... So now I'm all confused lol

Take a test with your first morning urine this week and if negative try again next week if your period doesn't come along.
