Crumble and ice cream for me too. I like to save my crumble to the end - all while trying to keep it crunchy.

Pie with ice cream AND custard!
Eat it all together except the crust which is saved for last and dipped in the melted ice cream/custard goo left in the bowl.

Crumble definately. Icecream definately. I actually like apricot better then apple. And eat it all together.

Apple and rhubarb crumble with icecream (I'd prefer cream). Eat the fruit first and leave the best till last.

That reminds me. I have some apples in my crisper, and I've been meaning to make a crumble for a while now. Never made one before.

I would choose ice cream but I'm not really an apple pie/crumble person.
