    Yea I'm in muesli because if vitiams and iron in it I have a couple of pretty bad deficiencies. So being high in fiber and dairy it's harder to work it off :-( but deff good for you.

    Coffee is my weakness.
    Sitting at a desk all day coffee was my best friend I could have 4 cups a day easy (low blood pressure so it wasn't too bad for me)
    Now I'm on morning coffee and green tea through the day.

    Easiest way to lose water weight is not drink coffee ;-)
    If coffee is the worst thing you have, you are doing okay in my books. Compare it to a can of coke for example!

    I made my leftover Easter eggs into a brownie slice and I'm taking it to the footy this afternoon to let other people eat!!

    From tomorrow, my eating is going to be awesome!!!!!

    Very true!
    I haven't had soft drink in well over a month! It's definitely helped me to lose the amount I've lost. Coffee is fine in moderation

    fizzy pop should be banned. it's the worst thing ever. I don't drink it at all and neither does dh but I'm always shocked how many people buy & drink it. give me a glass of wine any day!!

    We drink coke zero but not a lot. Coffee is evil lol. Today has been a water day

    Every day is a water day for me. Everything else has too much sugar. I will have a green tea every now and then if I need a change.

    I'll have 1 coffee a day. not interested in any more, I just like one in the morning to get me going. fizzy crap no way. I'm a big juice drinker but have been watering down with water lots in an attempt to drink

    All I drink is water. No coffee (I used to have one a day at most anyway), no juice as they are mostly high in sugar anyway and no soft drink on a regular basis. I will occasionally have a lemonade or something similar if I'm out having a meal.

    I absolutely refuse to drink anything cola. No Coke or Pepsi for me and haven't touched it for almost 2 years 😊

    Pepsi Max used to be DH and my favourite. But when I had to cut sugar and everything else, he cut with me.

    Today is weigh day!!
    I weigh of a morning as that's the best time to keep things consistent, if you weigh at night then everything you've had to eat and drink can affect your weight.
    I have lost 2.7kg this week 😁

    Okay I've weighed in and no loss this week but it's only been a couple of days and I haven't exactly been good. Operation weight loss starts for me now!!
